Prices for personal chef services
Pricing depends on how many courses you would like, as well as how many hours it takes for me to prep, plan, and produce the food.
On top of the flat food cost, my hourly rate is $30 and includes:
- menu planning
- prepping and cooking
- hosting and serving
- cleaning up
I also keep track of my time and receipts for food.
For 8 people, I’ve found that food costs are usually around $300 for a 3-course meal (appetizer, entree, and desert). Prices go up from $50 to $100 more per course for any specialty foods.
